Teachers fail exams on own subjects

         High school students who have low potential in their studies now have to distribute their pain with their teachers. Recently, teachers have to sit through exams just like us and take the test, more surprisingly the Office of the Basic Education Commission reported that most of them failed the tests on the subject that they teaches. An exam acquires examinees that get a mark less than 59% are considered to have a low standard of knowledge. The Ministry of Education set a budget of 1.4 billion baht  to improve the educational standards of teachers. The plan to upgrade teachers targeted to adjust teachers into two groups. This plan, to develop the capacity of teachers in schools, is also the plan to increase the student abilities as well. 

.... It's a bad news for many students in Thailand because this news shows abilities of teacher. They are all fail on own subject so it makes me realize on qualities of many students in Thailand but government comes to deal with this problem by find the methods to improve teachers skills and they also require to increase student's abilities.
